Zhai is a committed Client Care Specialist for LTC Specialists, LLC with a passion for connecting with others. In her role with Andy Goetz, she manages his calendar and oversees client communications. From answering calls, emails, and texts to scheduling appointments, she ensures smooth and efficient interactions. She continuously strives to improve her communication skills to enhance client relationships and provide exceptional service.

Before joining Andy’s team, Zhai worked as an Appointment Setter, gaining experience in high-volume calls, client relationship management, and sales. These experiences sharpened her ability to multitask, stay organized, and build strong client relationships. She also previously studied Business Economics in college, which helped her develop analytical and problem-solving skills—qualities she applies in her professional role today.

Beyond her career, Zhai has a deep curiosity about the world. She enjoys reading books, staying updated on global news, and exploring different cultures. Her interest in history, world wars, and international relations fuels her understanding of how countries interact through trade and diplomacy.
